my idea of paradise . . .
Happy iNSD, everyone! Thanks for stopping by. This is stop #11 on the ScrapMatters blog train! ScrapMatters has some great sales going on today, so make sure you head on over there after you hop off the blog train! In addition to the 40% off you get on your purchases today, you can also earn this huge collab kit if you spend $15:
Isn't this a great kit? It's packed full of all kinds of fun stuff.
We're talking about paradise today, and honestly, my idea of paradise is being with my family no matter where we are. One of my favorite places we go every year is Bear Lake (on the Utah/Idaho border). It's a laid back, relaxing few days where we can just hang out and be together . . . no obligations, no pressure, just fun. We spend time on the beach, in the water, by the campfire, and in the cabin playing games. So much fun! Using the collab kit above, I created this 5x7 page of a photo I took of the lake at sunrise.
If you like it, you can download a quickpage version of it here.
Have fun on the rest of the blog train. The stop right before mine is Chia, so if you missed it, you can go to her blog by clicking here.
If you're ready to go ahead to stop #12, that's Krista, and you can get to her blog by clicking here.
If you want to make sure you hit all the stops and don't miss any, stop #1 is Andrea, and her blog is here.
I'll leave you with a slideshow of pictures from our Bear Lake vacation last year, you might get a glimpse of why I love it so much! :)

nsd speed scraps
One of my very favorite things at ScrapMatters are their Speed Scraps. They are a quick, fun way to get some scrapbooking done and earn free stuff, too. We are holding a bunch this weekend for NSD! Here is a schedule:
Here is the page I created tonight at Denise's Speed Scrap:
I'm hosting tomorrow (Saturday) at 8 pm MST, and look what you get just for participating:
Heather has created some great papers, don't you think? I'm really excited about them, and we're going to have a great time at all the speed scraps, so stop by and join in!
